We offer virtual or in-person retirement benefits sessions. To provide each member our full attention and focus, LACERA’s Member Service Center does not accept walk-in guests. You will need to make an appointment to visit our Member Service Center.

Drop-Off Documents
Our secure onsite maildrop is located to the right of the lobby doors nearest the Member Service Center for convenient document drop-off, 24/7.
Please submit documents in a sealed envelope. Documents are collected on business days and marked as received the same day if dropped off before 4 p.m. Any document placed in the maildrop after 4 p.m. is marked as received the next business day.
