We provide a variety of ways to get in touch with LACERA, so connecting with us is easy and convenient.

Please note that our Member Service Center is available by appointment only. No walk-ins are accepted. A scheduling link is provided under “Meet With Us” below.

Meet With Us (Appointments Required)

We offer virtual or in-person retirement benefits sessions. To provide each member our full attention and focus, LACERA’s Member Service Center does not accept walk-in guests. Please make an appointment to visit our Member Service Center.

Parking Instructions

We have updated our parking validation process for in-person appointments. To assist in this process, have your license plate number available at check-in and our Member Service Center (MSC) team will be pleased to handle it for you.

Drop-Off Documents

Our secure onsite maildrop is located to the right of the lobby doors nearest the Member Service Center for convenient document drop-off, 24/7.

Please submit documents in a sealed envelope. Documents are collected on business days and marked as received the same day if dropped off before 4 p.m. Any document placed in the maildrop after 4 p.m. is marked as received the next business day.
