We are conveniently located just off the 210 Freeway at the Lake Avenue exit, directly next to the Metro Gold Line Lake Station. The parking entrance is on the east side of the building on North Mentor Avenue between Corson Street and Locust Street. Bring your parking ticket with you for validation.

You can securely drop off documents (such as original certificates, applications, and completed forms) or mail for LACERA at any time (please submit your documents in a sealed envelope). Documents are picked up Monday through Friday, except on holidays. We mark a document as "received" if it is dropped before 4 p.m. during the week. Any document placed in the maildrop after 4 p.m. is picked up the next business day.
