Elizabeth Buenrostro Ginsberg is the acting ex-officio trustee (when the ex-officio is absent) for LACERA’s Board of Retirement and Board of Investments for the County of Los Angeles. She has 23 years of combined experience in property taxes, accounting, and internal controls in three departments with Los Angeles County. Ms. Ginsberg is currently serving as Chief Deputy, Treasurer and Tax Collector, overseeing all operations of the Department, including the systems, programs, and services necessary for the collection, deposit, investment, and management of County funds, community college, school district, and employee funds.

- Accredited Automated Clearing House Professional (AAP) Certification.

- Former member of the Association of Los Angeles County Investigators.
