Meet the Leaders Behind LACERA’s Boards

With the Board Elections taking place this summer, now is a great time to spotlight the individuals who help guide LACERA’s mission. Members will soon have an opportunity to vote for a Safety representative—more information regarding the Board Elections, including how you can cast your vote, will be provided in the August newsletter. The upcoming election is just one part of a broader leadership structure that keeps LACERA moving forward.
LACERA’s two Boards—the Board of Retirement (BOR) and Board of Investments (BOI) each work in partnership with our staff to fulfill our mission. Each Board is guided by a dedicated Chair, Vice Chair, and Secretary. These trustees don’t just lead meetings-they uphold the mission vision, and values that support nearly 200,000 members across Los Angeles County and beyond.
