MSC Returns to Remote Service During COVID Spike
Due to Los Angeles County declaring a “High” Transmission level of COVID-19, LACERA has temporarily suspended, in-person appointments.
As such, all appointments will be handled through our Virtual Member Service Center and Virtual Call Center. Thankfully, our robust technical infrastructure allows us to continue one-on-one counseling over the phone and online. The easiest way to make an appointment, and get the assistance you need, is to use our online appointment system.
These online sessions allow members to receive the same detailed one-on-one counseling that we provide in-person from the comfort of your home or office. Our staff follow the same protocols and provide the same information and assistance that we provide in-person.
Have something to drop off? Many documents are not required to be submitted in-person. You can securely upload and share vital info, documents, and forms with us directly through My LACERA (click the "Upload" button in the top right corner after logging in). Just select the document you want to share and upload it. It’s that easy! However, if an original copy is required, you can either mail it to P.O. Box 7060 Pasadena, CA 91109-7060 or use our contact-free drop box on the right side of the main lobby. All drop box submissions are collected twice a day to ensure your important forms, information, and requests are processed as quickly as possible.
Once the County declares that transmission rates are low enough, we will return to in-person appointments and visits. We look forward to seeing you in the future.
