Supporting Our Members Through the Los Angeles Wildfires
As the devastating wildfires continue to affect our community, we remain acutely aware of the challenges faced by our members, staff, and the entire Los Angeles region.
LACERA’s physical offices are closed through January 17 due to the wildfire emergency, but we are conducting regular virtual operations. If you need immediate assistance, our Call Center (800-786-6464) is available M – F, 7 a.m.–5:30 p.m. We will be closed for business on Monday, January 20, for the MLK Jr. holiday. Our Member Service Center (MSC) will reopen on January 21, and we are rescheduling in-person appointments that were cancelled during the closure. Please note that we cannot accept walk-ins at the MSC. To visit us, please make a virtual or in-person appointment on lacera.com. If you have documents to submit to LACERA, you upload them to your My LACERA account or use our onsite dropbox.
