Debbie Martin is a LACERA retiree elected to the Board of Investments by her fellow LACERA retirees. Ms. Martin has 35 years of experience in six Los Angeles County departments and served as Chief Deputy in two of them. She is a Certified Public Accountant and has broad experience in finance, administration, and operational management.
